Camiral prepares for the 2031 Ryder Cup

Camiral, a partner of the Golfy Network, is starting the year by announcing a major investment that will raise the Stadium Course and Tour Course to an even higher level of excellence, while meeting the requirements necessary to host the 2031 Ryder Cup.

In order to achieve this ambitious transformation, the work will be carried out in stages, with the aim of limiting disruption and keeping at least one course open for most of the summer season:

Tour Course: June 1 to July 26, 2026

Stadium Course: July 27 to September 27, 2026

Both courses will be fully open and ready to welcome golfers in October 2026, offering an enriched and improved playing experience.

In 2026, an investment of €5.5 million will be dedicated to improving the courses to maintain the five-star quality and playability you expect, while consolidating its position among the world's most prestigious golf destinations.

The work will focus on improving the quality, resilience, and playability of the courses throughout the year:

Renovation of bunkers: all bunkers will be completely renovated to ensure a consistent playing experience.

Improved drainage: work will be carried out on both courses to optimize the firmness and playability of the greens, bunkers, and fairways.

Turf modernization: the courses will adopt Bermuda grass, which is more efficient and resistant, offering superior playing surfaces. The Tour Course will also benefit from a reduction in maintained turf areas to improve course definition and sustainability.

Service excellence: the greenkeeping and service teams will be strengthened to maintain a level of excellence in line with five-star standards.

This investment consolidates Camiral's position as one of the world's most sought-after golf destinations and increases its appeal in the run-up to the 2031 Ryder Cup.
