Your Member Zone « MY GOLFY» on the website as on the app shows your expiry date at the tab «my personal information». All partners are also able to inform you and renew your card directly if necessary.

You can use your E Card right after the reception of the e-mail confirming your purchase ,by specifying the number and the color of your E Carte toward our partners.

The Golfy card was dematerialized and does not exist any more under its physical shape. Your number of E Carte allows you to book your reservations, demand of stays, exchanges of yards etc. … Our partners know also how to find you with your names and first names.

Just send us a copy of your invoice (by emailor post / bills only for the current year) in order to adjust your yards account and do our follow-up with the establishment concerned. This update will be done with a delay of 10 days.

Your yards remain valid and can be cumulated as long as you order a gift (regardless of the value of the product) at least once every 2 years. The next Yards decrement is scheduled for 1st September 2021. (1 additional year - Covid19) The customers who have not ordered gifts since the 1st of September 2018 may lose the accumulated Yards before this date. You have 3 months to use your yards after the card expiration.

You have 9 months from the date of your order to use greenfees, golf break or lessons and of 6 months to use your greenfees " open " (available only for purchase of a platine card). You receive it as voucher by email. You can find them in your account "my golfy" and on your app. The partners will find and valid it directly on your customer file.

Yards are not convertible in value cash. Your purchases on the Golfy Network make you earn Yards and allow you to exchange them for gifts .

Just contact the selected establishment and indicate that you are a Golfy cardholder. The Golfy rate will be applied to you at the payment.
