Golf des Ormes is unveiling its brand-new Trackman driving range

Le Golf des Ormes, situated between Brittany and Normandy, promises a unique playing and training experience thanks to its new driving range, equipped with Trackman technology – the global benchmark in golf analysis.

Designed to meet the needs of golfers of all levels, this new driving range covers a vast area of 3.5 hectares and offers a driving range of 270 metres.

The facility comprises 20 covered bays spread over two floors. Of these, 10 bays are equipped with screens featuring built-in Trackman technology. The other bays are also connected and accessible via a tablet or smartphone.

Open to both experienced players and beginners, this new venue will regularly host after-work events, corporate events, introductory sessions and taster sessions.

Used by many professionals on the international circuit, TrackMan technology is based on a radar system capable of analysing club movement and ball flight with great precision.
From your hitting mat, an interactive screen analyses every shot in real time. Ball speed, distance, trajectory, launch angle: all your swing data is instantly displayed, enabling you to better understand your game and improve effectively.
With just a few clicks, you can play virtually on some of the world’s most prestigious courses. From St Andrews to Pebble Beach, via Augusta, take on the challenge of the finest greens on the planet without leaving Brittany.

An innovative way to improve whilst having fun.

To celebrate this opening, Golf des Ormes is organising an open day on Saturday 27 June, from 9am to 7pm.

Throughout the day, the Trackman France team will be on hand to demonstrate the technology and answer visitors’ questions. Balls will be provided free of charge so that everyone can try out the facilities and discover the possibilities offered by the new equipment.

It’s the perfect opportunity to get a sneak preview of the driving range in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Spanning nearly 60 hectares, the Golf des Ormes winds its way through vast wooded areas dotted with three-hundred-year-old trees. Ponds, flowerbeds and views of the château lend the course a setting that is as elegant as it is exotic.

Before or after your round, enjoy a relaxing break at Le Club House restaurant, which offers a superb view of the château.

To make the most of your visit, the Domaine des Ormes also features a hotel complex comprising 55 rooms and 26 holiday apartments, allowing you to stay on site in a comfortable and pleasant setting.
