Terms and general conditions of sale

1. Preamble
The Golfy card is issued by the company Golfy Club Réseau SAS with a capital of 229,588 euros, registered with the RCS of Montpellier under number B 415 008 150, having its registered office at Domaine de Massane, 34670 Baillargues (France), as identified in the legal notices.
Subscribing to a Golfy card implies total and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions by the customer. Golfy Club Réseau SAS reserves the right to modify these general conditions at any time. The applicable general conditions are those in force on the date of subscription of the Golfy card.
The dematerialized Golfy card is intended to replace the materialized Golfy cards. It allows the customer to present his card via the Golfy mobile app or by mentioning his membership number or his name (by presenting his identity card) to the partner establishment.

2. Advantages of the Golfy card
The dematerialized Golfy card allows you to obtain reductions on the public prices of partner establishments of the Golfy Network. The reductions for Indigo card holders are 25% (discounted rates rounded to the nearest euro) on 18-hole green fees in 18-hole Partner Golf Courses and on 9-hole green fees in 9-hole Partner Golf Courses; reductions for Platinum card holders are 30% (discounted rates rounded to the nearest euro) on 18-hole green fees in 18-hole Partner Golf Courses and on 9-hole green fees in 9-hole Partner Golf Courses. In Partner Hotels, Estates and Resorts, Golfy cardholders benefit from the best rates available at the time of booking, for their date of stay. A 5% discount on the best rate of the day is applied in a selection of Partner Hotels, Estates and Resorts (see participating establishments on Golfy.fr or on the Golfy Guide for the current year). In addition, each use of the Golfy card allows, for each euro spent, to accumulate loyalty points called Yards (see list of participating establishments on www.golfy.fr). The Yards give the right to free green-fees and/or gifts, the allocation of which depends on the type of card held by the customer and the number of Yards he has accumulated (see list in the "Gift Booklet" or on www. .golfy.fr). Gifts are offered subject to available stock.
Finally, holders of the Golfy card benefit from new additional advantages: Golfy Club Réseau SAS has taken out a contract through Gritchen Tolède et Associés, managing broker, 27 rue Charles Durand - CS70139 - 18021 Bourges Cedex. This contract allows Golfy to offer its members new benefits, subject to the member complying with the specific and general conditions. These benefits are expressly subject to conditions. The details of these conditions can be consulted directly online on the site www.golfy.fr. Forms detailing these conditions are also available on request from Golfy Club Réseau SAS, by email at contact@golfy.fr. They can also be obtained from the insurance broker responsible for managing the conditions of these benefits as well as the associated reimbursements, the company GRITCHEN AFFINITY, by email or by post, at the following address: Service Sinistres - BP6048 - 27 rue Charles Durand - 18024 Bourges Cedex.
Finally, the Golfy card allows the member, thanks to their Golfy identifiers and via a direct link on the "golfy.fr" site, to reserve green fees and associated services (cars, carts, buckets of balls) with establishments partners of the Golfy Network on the booking site accessible at grip-resa.fr. It also allows him, thanks to these same identifiers and also directly via a link on the "golfy.fr" site, to make pre-reservations or reservations for stays (depending on the nature of the stay) with partner establishments via a dedicated interface.

3. Conditions of use of the Golfy card.
The Indigo or Platinum card is nominative and can only be issued to a natural person. It is strictly personal and can only be used by the cardholder. It cannot be lent or transferred. It is reserved for those over 18 years old. Golfy cards cannot actually be issued for golfers under the age of 18, whether they are members of a Golfy club or not.
It can be used by the customer as many times as he wishes throughout its period of validity. An identity card may be requested from the customer by the partner establishment in order to verify that the customer is indeed the holder of the card (or check the photo on the customer file). Any fraudulent use of the Golfy card may give rise, in addition to prosecution, to pure and simple loss.e of the benefits of the Golfy card.
The Platinum card allows its holder to give a person of their choice the same discounts on green fees as theirs, and up to 3 people for a Platinum Meeting.

4. Conditions of use of the Yards
Yards are accumulated according to the following scale:
1 € spent in green-fee = 10 Yards.
€1 spent on accommodation = 5 Yards in Indigo or 7.5 Yards in Platinum.
1€ spent in Spa, Coups de Coeur stays and golf lessons (depending on the establishments, refer to the website www.golfy.fr) = 5 Yards
€1 spent on proshop purchases, restaurant purchases, golf cart rental, and with Good Addresses establishments = 2.5 Yards in Indigo and 5 Yards in Platinum.
1€ spent on trips with Havas Voyages (excluding promotional offers, surcharges, visa fees, airport taxes, administration fees, flight-only and ClubMed ticketing): 5 Yards in Indigo and 10 Yards in Platinum
Yards are cumulative only on Golfy fares. Any rate lower than the Golfy rate does not give rise to the registration of the Yards.
Yards are valid for 2 years. The Yards are allocated only on the Golfy rate applied. Yards for Golfy cardholders can be exchanged for gifts, the list of which may change (available on www.golfy.fr). A Platinum cardholder who switches back to Indigo when their previous card expires can benefit from their Platinum gifts for 15 days after their change of status (on request from Golfy). All gifts are provided within the limit of available stock and can be modified at any time by Golfy Club Réseau SAS, which reserves the right in this regard to replace any gift with a gift of its choice of equivalent value. These Yards gift exchanges are available on www.golfy.fr in the customer's member area. All gifts are subject to a limited stock; restocking takes place at the beginning of each year. Gifts cannot be taken back or exchanged, and cannot give rise to financial consideration. They cannot be rented or resold. Refer to the member area for the terms of obtaining. As long as the customer orders a gift, whatever its value, at least once every two years, the decrementation does not affect his accumulation of Yards. The next decrement is scheduled for September 1, 2023, where only customers who have not ordered a gift since September 1, 2021 will lose the Yards accumulated before this date. As a member of a Golfy Network golf course, the card expires and the Yards are obsolete as soon as the golf course is no longer part of the Golfy Network or as soon as it joins another network. As a "sale" customer, the Yards are no longer active 3 months after the expiry of the card. Each customer can obtain a maximum of 2 electronic green-fees per year and per person for the same course in France (1 in Spain), a maximum of 1 night or weekend voucher per year and per person on the same site and a maximum of 1 lesson voucher per year and per person with the same pro, and 1 type of gift per year and per person.

5. Sale price of the Golfy card
The price of the Indigo card is €72 for a period of one year from date to date. The price of the Platinum card is €216 for a period of one year from date to date (€90 for members of partner clubs and for a period identical to their subscription, and without green-fee). These rates are in effect until 31/12/2022. It is specified that, in all cases, the card is only activated after full payment of its price.

6. Green fees offered for any purchase or renewal of the Platinum card
Two 18-hole green fees are offered with the purchase or renewal of the Platinum card. The first green fee is to be consumed on site on the day of purchase of the Platinum card from a partner golf course; the 2nd digital green-fee will be registered in the customer area. In the event of purchase online or directly from Golfy Club Réseau SAS, the 2 digital green fees will be registered in the customer's member space (the customer will present these digital vouchers or his confirmation email with barcode to the Golf). Digital vouchers are valid for 9 months from the date of purchase (and cannot be extended for any reason) in the case of a nominative green-fee valid for a specific golf course, or 6 months in the case of a green - non-nominative fee (valid on all golf courses in France, excluding Club Paris Golfy). Only customers who have paid the sum of €216 for a Platinum card will receive the green fees offered (this offer does not apply to customers who are members of an association, works council or members of clubs already benefiting from a preferential rate) . The open green fees used on 9-hole courses are 18-hole or day green fees. Offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offerthe current one.

7. Purchase procedure for the Golfy card
It is possible to buy the card online on the website www.golfy.fr, on the Golfy mobile app, by telephone on +33 4 67 91 25 35, head office of Golfy Club Réseau SAS or from Partner Golf Courses. The dematerialized card can be found on your Golfy mobile app and in the centralized database of Golfy and its Golf Partners. It is valid immediately.

8. Purchase procedure for the Golfy card in "GolfyPass" Packages
Golfy offers packages to all or some of its customers on a set of specific golf courses: Package including 1 Golfy Indigo card and 3 to 5 Greenfees usable in the list of participating golf courses. Greenfees can be booked online depending on the technical possibilities offered by the golf courses. The offer cannot be combined and is limited to new Export customers.

9. Right of withdrawal
For distance sales, i.e. sales concluded via the Internet, via the Golfy mobile application and sales by telephone, in accordance with the provisions of Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, As of the subscription to a card, or to a package including a card, the customer has a withdrawal period of fourteen clear days to express his wish to give up his subscription, without having to justify himself or pay a penalty.
When this fourteen-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday or non-working day, it is extended until the next working day.
If the customer wishes to exercise this right, he must, before the expiry of this period, send Golfy Club Réseau, by email to or by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt, a declaration expressing his wish to withdraw.
Golfy Club Réseau undertakes to reimburse the customer no later than fourteen days following the date on which the right of withdrawal was exercised.
In accordance with the provisions of Article L.221-25 of the Consumer Code, the customer is expressly warned that, if he wishes to begin to benefit from the advantages of the card before the end of the withdrawal period above, he must waive his right of withdrawal beforehand. Indeed, once the card has been activated, or once one of the green fees has been included in the selling price, the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised, in accordance with the provisions of article L.221-28, 13° of the Consumer Code.

10. Conditions of access
The holder of the Golfy card undertakes to respect the internal regulations of each partner establishment.

11. The Golfy Network
The Golfy Network is made up of independent establishments that have decided to sign a partnership agreement with the company Golfy Club Réseau SAS in order to reserve a preferential welcome for holders of the Golfy card. The list of partners can be modified at any time during the year (see updated list on www.golfy.fr).

12. Loss and theft
If you forget your login details for the member area, you can request a new password or contact Golfy Club Réseau SAS support at contact@golfy.fr, or by telephone at: +33 (0)4 67 91 25 35.

13. Personal data
Golfy Club Réseau SAS undertakes to comply with the applicable regulations regarding the processing of personal data and respect for privacy, and in particular the General Data Protection Regulations of April 14, 2016, otherwise known as " GDPR", applicable from May 25, 2018 and Directive 2002/58 / EC of the European Parliament and Council of July 12, 2002 concerning the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector (Privacy and Electronic Communications Directive).

14. Liability
It is expressly agreed that, given the nature of its intervention, the obligations borne by Golfy Club Réseau are obligations of means.
Furthermore, Golfy Club Réseau cannot be held liable in the event of unavailability of the www.golfy.fr website, temporary suspension of access to the customer's member area or occasional malfunctions of the Golfy card.
In general, Golfy Club Réseau cannot be held liable for damages that do not result directly from a breach on its part in the performance of its obligations. In any case, any compensation for immaterial damage is definitively excluded.
All the prices indicated in the Golfy Guide, the website www.golfy.fr or the mobile app are given for information only, and are subject to change during the year and without notice.

15. Force majeure
The obligations of Golfy Club Réseau will be suspended automatically and without formality, and its liability released, in the event of the occurrence of events beyond its control, such as the following events, for example: work stoppage, strike or social conflict, decision of the authorities , power failure, fire, flood, earthquake, storm, riots, wars, epidemics, force majeure or fortuitous events retained by the case law of French courts and tribunals, anycircumstance beyond the control of Golfy Club Réseau occurring after the customer's subscription, and preventing the performance of its obligations under normal conditions.

16. Complaints, suggestions

The company Golfy Club Réseau SAS can in no way be held responsible for the refusal to grant all the advantages linked to the card by a golf course or any other partner establishment. Furthermore, in accordance with the provisions of Article L.612-1 of the Consumer Code, the customer has the right to have free recourse to a consumer mediator with a view to the amicable resolution of any dispute between him or her. to Golfy Club Réseau as part of the subscription to a Golfy card. The client will be able to access the names, contact details and websites of the referenced mediators through the website www.mediation-conso.fr.
