1. Preamble
The Golfy card is issued by Golfy Club Réseau SAS, a simplified limited liability company with capital of 229,588 euros, entered in the Montpellier Trade and Companies Register under number B 415 008 150, with its registered office at Domaine de Massane, 34670 Baillargues (France).
Subscribing to a Golfy card implies the total and unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions by the customer. Golfy reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions at any time. The general terms and conditions applicable are those in force on the date of subscription to the Golfy card.
The Golfy e-card is intended to replace the physical Golfy cards. It allows the customer to show their card via the Golfy mobile application or by giving their membership number or name (and showing their identity card) to the partner establishment.
2. Advantages of the Golfy card
The Golfy e-card makes you eligible for discounts on the public rates of the Golfy network's partner establishments. Discounts for Indigo cardholders are 25% on 18-hole green fees at the 18-hole partner golf courses and 9-hole green fees at the 9-hole partner golf courses; discounts for Platine cardholders are 30% on 18-hole green fees at the 18-hole partner golf courses and 9-hole green fees at the 9-hole partner golf courses. In Partner Hotels, Domains and Resorts, Golfy cardholders enjoy the best rates available at the time of booking for their date of stay. A 5% discount on the best rate of the day is applied in a selection of Partner Hotels, Estates and Resorts (see participating establishments on Golfy.fr or in the Golfy Handbook 2022). For rates and any possible restrictions, please refer to the www.golfy.fr website. What’s more, each time they use the Golfy card, for each euro spent, the cardholder can collect loyalty points called Yards (see list of participating establishments on www.golfy.fr). Yards entitle the customer to free green fees and/or gifts the availability of which depends on the type of card held by the customer and the number of Yards collected (see list in the “Gift Booklet” or on www.golfy.fr).
Gifts are offered subject to availability. Finally, Golfy cardholders are eligible for additional benefits: Golfy Club Réseau SAS has taken out a contract through insurance broker and manager, Gritchen Toledo et Associés, 27 rue Charles Durand - CS70139 - 18021 Bourges Cedex. This contract allows Golfy to offer its members new benefits, subject to the member's compliance with the special and general terms and conditions. These benefits are expressly subject to conditions. The details of these conditions can be consulted directly on-line on the www.golfy.fr website. Forms detailing these conditions are also available on request from Golfy Club Réseau SAS, by e-mail at contact@golfy.fr. They may also be obtained from the insurance broker in charge of managing the terms and conditions of these benefits as well as the associated reimbursements, the company GRITCHEN TOLEDE ET ASSOCIÉS, by e-mail or by post, at the following address: Claims Department - BP6048 - 27 rue Charles Durand - 18024 Bourges Cedex.
Golfy cards may not be issued to golfers under the age of 18, whether they are members of a Golfy club or not.
3. Conditions of use of the Golfy card.
The Indigo or Platine card is nominative and may be issued only to a natural person. It is strictly personal and may be used only by the cardholder. It may not be lent or transferred. It is reserved for people over 18 years of age. It may be used by the customer as many times as the customer wishes during its entire period of validity. An identity card may be requested from the customer by the partner institution in order to check that the customer is indeed the cardholder (or the photo on the customer record may be checked). Any fraudulent use of the Golfy card may give rise, in addition to prosecution, to the pure and simple loss of the benefits of the Golfy card.
The Platine card allows holder to extend the same discounts on green fees to which they are entitled to a person of their choice, and up to three people for a Rendez-Vous Platine.
4. Terms and conditions of use of the Yards
Yards are cumulated according to the following scale:
€1 spent on a green-fee = 10 Yards.
€1 spent on accommodation = 5 Yards for Indigo cards or 7.5 Yards for Platine cards.
€1 spent on Spa treatments, breaks at Golfy partners and golf lessons (depending on the establishments, see www.golfy.fr) = 5 Yards
€1 spent on pro shop purchases, at a restaurant or for cart rental and "Hot Spots" establishments = 2.5 Yards in Indigo and 5 Yards in Platinum.
€1 spent on travel with Havas Voyages (excluding promotional offers, surcharges, visa fees, airport taxes, handling fees, "seat-only" tickets and ClubMed): 5 Yards in Indigo and 10 Yards in Platinum.
Yards are valid for two years and must be used within three months of the expiry date of the card at the latest, if the card is not renewed. Yards are awarded only on the Golfy rate applied. Golfy cardholders' Yards are exchangeable for gifts, the list of which may change over time (available on www.golfy.fr). Platine cardholders who revert to Indigo status on the expiry date of their previous cards may take advantage of their Platine gifts for 15 days after their change of status (on request to Golfy). All gifts are provided within the limit of available stock and may be modified at any time by Golfy Club Réseau SAS, which reserves the right to replace any gift with a gift of its choice of equivalent value. These Yards gift exchanges are available on www.golfy.fr in the customer's member account. All gifts are subject to a stock quota; restocking takes place at the beginning of each year. Gifts may not be taken back or exchanged and may not be replaced by a cash payment. Please refer to your member account to find out how to claim your gift. As long as the customer orders a gift, regardless of its value, at least once every two years, the decrement shall not affect the collection of Yards. The next decrement is scheduled for the 1 September 2023, when only customers who have not ordered a gift since the 1 September 2021 will lose the Yards collected before that date. Should a golf course no longer be part of the Golfy Network or should it join another network, the card of any member of said golf course in the Golfy Network shall immediately expire as shall the Yards. As a "sale" customer, the Yards are no longer active three months after the end of the card's validity. Each customer may claim a maximum of two electronic green fees per year and per person for the same golf course in France (one in Spain), a maximum of one night or weekend voucher per year and per person on the same site and a maximum of one teaching voucher per year and per person with the same pro, and one type of gift per year and per person.
5. Sales price of the Golfy card:
The price of the Indigo card is €72 for a period of one year from the date of its initial validity. The price of the Platine card is €216 for a period of one year from date of its initial validity (€90 for members of partner clubs and for the same duration as their membership fees and without green fees). These rates are valid until 31/12/2022. In all cases, the card shall be activated only after full payment of its price.
6. Free green fees with all Platine card purchases and renewals
When purchasing or renewing the Platine card, the cardholders shall be offered two 18-hole green fees. The first green fee is to be used on site on the day of purchase of the Platine card from a partner golf course; the 2nd digital green fee will be registered in the customer’s account. In case of purchase on-line or directly from Golfy Club Réseau SAS, the two digital green-fees will be registered on the customer's member account (the customer will present these digital vouchers or the confirmation e-mail with bar code at the golf course). Digital vouchers are valid for nine months from the date of purchase (and may not be prolonged on any grounds) in the case of a nominative green fee valid for a specific golf course, or six months in the case of a non-nominative green fee (valid at all golf courses in France, excluding Club Paris Golfy). Only customers who have paid €216 for a Platine card will receive the free green fees (this offer does not apply to customers who are members of an association, works council or members of clubs already eligible for a preferential rate). The open green fees used on 9-hole courses are 18-hole or day green fees. This offer may not be combined with any other ongoing promotional offer.
7. Procedure for purchasing the Golfy card
The card can be purchased on-line on the www.golfy.fr website, on the Golfy mobile app, by phone at +33 4 67 91 25 35, at the headquarters of Golfy Club Réseau SAS or from Partner Golf Courses. The e-card is to be found on your Golfy mobile application and in the centralised database of Golfy and its Partner Golf Courses. It is valid immediately.
9. Right of withdrawal
For remote sales, i.e. sales concluded via the Internet, via the Golfy mobile application and telephone sales, in accordance with the provisions of Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, as of the date of subscription to a card, the customer has a withdrawal period of fourteen calendar days to express their wish to cancel their subscription, without having to justify their decision or pay a penalty.
Where this fourteen-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday or non-working day, it shall be extended until the first following working day.
Customer wishing to exercise this right must, before the expiration of this period, send a statement expressing their wish to withdraw to Golfy Club Réseau, by e-mail to or by registered letter with return receipt.
Golfy Club Réseau undertakes to reimburse the customer at the latest within fourteen days of the date on which the right of withdrawal was exercised.
In accordance with the provisions of Article L.221-25 of the Consumer Code, customers are expressly warned that, if they wish to start taking advantage of the benefits offered by the card before the end of the above withdrawal period, they must first waive their right of withdrawal. Indeed, once the card has been activated, or once one of the green fees included in the sale price has been used, the right of withdrawal may no longer be exercised, in accordance with the provisions of Article L.221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code.
