Golf Club Montreux
DESCRIPTION
Inaugurated on September 27, 1900, by the English Club, the Montreux Golf Club has continued to grow. Today, it boasts 530 members and 55 juniors.
The Montreux Golf Club is part of the exclusive group of owner-owned clubs. Since the year 2000, it owns all of its facilities, including a grass practice area with covered mats, a Pro Shop, and a Club House with a quality restaurant. The terrace offers a stunning view of the entire site.
In 2005, the Montreux Golf Club entrusted the renovation of the course to the famous American architect Ronald Fream. He managed to preserve the character of the course while adding a touch of modernity with high-quality greens, strategically placed ponds, and fairways winding through the dense vegetation thanks to the numerous century-old trees.
