DESCRIPTION

With a modern market cuisine based on good regional recipes, Franck Berthier's restaurant favours local and fresh products! By following the changing seasons, the menu regularly varies to the delight of your taste buds. Superb seafood products such as oysters from Jérôme Miet or beef fillet, as well as hot oysters and morels, all these specialities can be served directly on the terrace beside the marshes of the Seudre.

The chef's fresh cuisine adapts to the seasons and chooses with care the best products from the Charente region.

After having worked for years in several countries, especially in Africa, England and Switzerland in a large hotel on the Riviera, Franck Berthier decided to settle down. He chose a small establishment in the heart of the oyster marshes of the Marennes Oléron basin in Mornac sur Seudre, a charming little village in the Charente Maritime. He has been there for ten years now.

The restaurant also offers a wide range of local and national wines, selected by the chef Stéphanie.
